Quota rules
- One org plan covers both Haptic Studio publish and Aura Admin upload — shared monthly video quota.
- Yearly billing is 10× monthly (~2 months free). Unused videos do not roll over.
- Video = one published or processing upload (Short or long-form). Failed uploads that never process do not count.
- Movie Team and Enterprise are Contact us only — trailer promo, banners, and custom caps.
What counts as one video
- New upload from Admin or Studio → +1 toward monthly quota
- Replacing media on an existing video ID → +1
- Metadata-only edit (title, thumb, access) → 0
- Counter resets on org billing period; unused videos do not roll over
Movie Team
Film studios and distributors needing trailer promo + in-app banners. Enabled via Contact us (not Stripe self-serve). Promo inventory requires Aura approval and counts against an agreed reach package.
